The situation
The privately led Better City Superior project was needed to gather citizen and business input before publicly launching an ambitious development project.
Our process
Our team conducted three focus groups with citizens and developed and deployed an online survey for local residents. The results became the basis of a community vision to support the project and public referendum.
The Outcome
The project launched with successful press conference event unveiling the findings from public input and the goals of the development project, , new collateral materials for Superior Days at the Wisconsin Legislature, and ultimately a successful referendum with 75% of voters in support of the project.
